Manufacturing Process
• Raw Material Preparation: Weigh and mix the wood powder, plastic pellets, and additives according to a specific formula.
• Melting and Mixing: Feed the mixture into an extruder for thorough melting and mixing. Add colorants and lubricants to ensure uniformity.
• Extrusion Molding: Extrude the molten mixture into a mold. After cooling, the desired shape is obtained. Multiple extrusion heads can produce door panels simultaneously.
• Surface Treatment: The formed door panels undergo processes such as cutting, drilling, and polishing. The gaps between the door frame and the door leaf are sealed. Additional surface treatments such as gilding, applying a glossy oil layer, or laminating can be carried out to enhance the aesthetic appeal.
