After the fixation is completed, the next step is to inject glue into the corner through the glue injection hole of the pin. After the glue injection is completed, the 45-degree splicing of the profile is completely sealed with glue from the inside of the cavity. The gap between the corner and the profile cavity is also completely sealed.
Ordinary aluminum alloy doors and windows generally do not treat this part, or only symbolically apply some glass sealant at the joint, which can be said to have basically no sealing effect. System doors and windows take special measures at this part, installing a stainless steel or aluminum alloy clip with a groove, which on the one hand strengthens the connection at the thin wall and avoids the seam at the joint; on the other hand, by injecting glue between the stainless steel clip and the profile, the sealing of the joint is completely guaranteed.
There are many differences like this, from which we can see the difference between system doors and windows and ordinary doors and windows in materials, processes, performance and price.
So what is the difference between system doors and windows and ordinary doors and windows?
System doors and windows have their own independent technical department, which will conduct strict tests and inspections on the various components of system doors and windows, so the various components are well matched and not prone to failure, which is what we often call good stability. Ordinary doors and windows are assembled by ordering different components according to their own needs, but there will be some problems during use, and the stability is relatively poor. Ordinary doors and windows are door and window products temporarily integrated for a single project, and they are often not fully tested.

Ordinary door and window materials can be selected from domestic and foreign manufacturers, and temporary molds can also be opened, which is highly flexible.
